Terms and Conditions
All offered prices are excluding of VAT, packing, installation, freight, duty, etc.
We offer prices in local currencies in Sweden, Norway and the UK. For export sales the currency is EUR.
Our standard delivery terms are EXW (Ex Works) and the delivery date is when the goods are despatched from our works.
For customers with an agreed credit limit our standard terms are open invoice with 15 days credit. For larger orders we may request other payment terms such as: 30% on order, 30% on delivery and 40% on open invoice. We charge interest of 18% p.a. for late payments.
All delivered products remain our property until full payment including interest and costs is received.
We send an order confirmation after receiving your order. Please check this carefully and notify us immediately if there are any errors or omissions. Your order is produced and delivered based on the specifications on the order confirmation.
Complaint of faulty products should be done without delay. We reserve the right to investigate and analyse the product to determine the damage and the likely cause thereof and may also require your assistance. For a complaint to be valid and approved, it is required that it has been treated and used correctly and in accordance with the manual or else what is regarded normal use and care, and that we are given access to all relevant information needed for our investigations. We also reserve the right to repair and return the products.
Return of goods ordered in error is only accepted after special agreement with us. When returning the goods, it must be properly packed to avoid damages. If the goods were packed using special packaging materials, these should be re-used when returning. All original manuals and other documents should also be returned with the goods.
Freight damages must be reported immediately to the forwarder (driver) on receipt of the goods and before you sign the shipping document. A note on the shipping documents should be included outlining the type and extent of the damages and should be approved and signed by the driver. It is imperative that you do not sign for the goods until all packages have been unloaded and inspected for damages.
