 This style features a tinset made of aluminium making it both
light weight and rustproof. The special design allows us
to be very flexible in our production so that we can offer
almost any size and configuration without the need for special
and expensive pressing tools.
It is
thus particularly well suited for smaller production runs
for trials and small scale baking. The Slotted Style tinset
is well suited for use with rack ovens and deck ovens but
not with conveyor systems as it doesn't have rounded corners.

This style
feature tinsets made of Aluminised-steel and of a deep drawn construction.
Any number of single tins are strapped together with one
or two straps.
By deep
drawing the sheet metal - instead of cutting, bending and
welding the tin will have smooth rounded corners and much
less welding. The benefits are less dirt traps and improved
rust resistance as the protective aluminium layer is not
ruined by welds. It also produces loaves without
sharp edges that could cause problems with automatic
bagging.
The strapping
has got rounded corners for smooth and trouble-free running
with automatic conveyor handling. Sides and bottom can be
corrugated. This is a high quality tinset of a modern design
and rugged construction designed to withstand a lot of handling
in industrial plants.
