Baking Mat - Bakduk - Bakeduk

Baking Mats are made from woven fibreglass coated on both sides with nonstick Rilon Elast. Using a Baking Mat instead of silicone paper or grease reduces the costs, improves the working environment and eliminates the problem with handling of silicone paper.

Printing Now also available with printed text like your company name and telephone number, etc.

Cleaning To clean the Baking Mat is easy;  wipe off, shake gently or rinse in warm water.

Sizes Available for most normal size baking trays. Not available in rolls. When ordering, please specify dimensions to fit inside the bottom of the tray. Allow for tolerances of +/-5mm.

Handling Minimise handling of the Baking Mat to increase its life length. Leave it sitting on the tray as much as possible. Above all - never fold or crease it as the fibreglass will crack and the strength be severely reduced with only the Rilon Elast coating holding it together.

Fluted Perforated Baking Mat

This product features a frame made of ø5-8mm stainless steel rods with a replaceable insert of Rilon Elast coated fibre glass net and is the traditional French Baguette tray. The fibre net is flexible and always keeps its shape. It is replaced when the nonstick coating wears out.

Replaceable inserts = No recoating needed
